Life Of Fray
Fresh mornings and those warm sunshine delights, a cup of tea or soft music is with what we treat them! But for Sam, it was all like moonlight occupied sunshine, the salty unwashed teapots. Wherever he stepped, enchanted black roses stood before for his welcome, dull of soul, his life was a flipped coin uncertain about a head, and absence of a tail!
Soldier at heart, he never wished to relinquish. Losses that he suffered everywhere, but pride with which he lived knew no bounds.
Kept accounting good to ones who deceived, kept watering those flowers plucked by others, fed the birds who never chirped melodic....
And driven out of fading hopes, much heard of a wise man and his potent solutions that he gave to one and all who approached, he decided to meet him up.
Knocked on his door the wise man welcomed him home,"who are you son, and why are you soaked deep amongst disgraced thoughts?"
"Sam..." he replied as if his words were constrained to full stops. "Only words have power, speak out son and I'll help you to the most", said the wise man.
And with those hard imprinted scars and swift tears he tore out every detriment, every injury, every anguish he went throughout...
Patted his back the wise man smiled,"Sam, you've sown the seeds of bliss which grows for others, unworthy of how poor the soil is you've always been providing fruits and flowers", further he explained.
"You were cheated but you didn't cheat back,
You were betrayed but you didn't hurt back,
You had complications but you didn't question those.
You fell uncountable times but rose with hopes and not in despair
You lost but You didn't quit!
For every time you struggled through ,
Life gave you replenished contingency
Though the birds didn't sang melodic, yet they ate with love.
Though the flowers were plucked by others but You grew them
and you were the lamp in others darkness."
Sam, couldn't believe his deeds, and no matter however great his sufferings were he enlived the quality of greatness, a quality as lost as a droplet of rainwater of the dark grey skies.
Gently, he left the wise man's home leaving behind a throbbing heart, lost battles and a raised smile.
To an amazement, he laid footprints.
Those resembling struggles he has been,
He discover something so long unseen,
Nothing comes easy o dear!
Let the fire within spring out of fear!
"There's no amount of good you can do to others until you don't care who gets the credit"
