Did I Say Something?
From sitting on the same desk to sharing tiffins, from staying in the same locality to playing in the same garden every little thing they used to do together filled their hearts with rose. A rose which smelled love, petals of feelings, stem of dedication and thorns of happiness!
And with time the rose grew beautiful, it's scent magnetising them closer. Growing up together was the sweetest sweet they ate! At the utmost amazement, they never poured their jar of feelings into little cups, what's next? Unexpressed words gambled over their tender bond.
Saket had his destiny written abroad and Tanvi had to survive among the orthodoxies. Before he flew, they decided to meet up once, to water the rose for the last time before it dies one day. Both wished to empty the jar but again their tongues rolled themselves deep into their stomach! Promises were made to meet someday ahead with the same old memories .
He flew far away
And left behind an empty day
She held her tears so tight
To fade them away in a dark night
Years passed by with memories blunting in individual minds, hearts throbbing tears of togetherness. One bright morning, while Tanvi received a letter of Saket's promotion, Saket received a bouquet and a wedding invitation embedded "Tanvi weds Nishant" , and both had a new love, "Tears" .
